Positions Available:

We are currently looking for a Food Truck Lead/ Pizziola. This person will be responsible for food truck operations and leading a staff of 2-4 people. The FTL/ Pizziola must be willing to commute to food truck events within a 45 mile radius, be willing to learn all food truck positions (food truck production, cashier, pizza builder and baking pizzas in wood fired oven) and work in a fast paced environment.

We are currently seeking a cake decorator. The job duties require candidate to discuss desired cake designs with customers, decorate cakes according to customers’ specifications and create original cake decorating ideas for specialty cakes. Decorate standard bakery items according to bakery standards.  Assist baking staff with bakery production items.
