Since 2011 we began creating specialty scratch-based desserts and have even won a few awards with our “Designer Filled Cupcakes.”

In 2014 the company moved from Upstate New York to Sylvania GA. We reinvented ourselves with specialty diet offerings like Vegan and Gluten Free with a tent and cupcakes at the local farmer’s markets. We quickly grew into a coffee and dessert food truck and was named Statesboro’s first food truck.
Today 4 and 20 Bakers has expanded with a Bakery/Cafe, “Heat and Serve” Casserole retail locations, Catering services to include a “Wood fired pizza” food truck and on-site catering at Black Creek Scout Reservation/ Reese Dining Hall.
Our brand proudly supports local farmers and producers. We support community youth leadership opportunities that have included being a preceptor for internship programs from local colleges in Culinary Arts, Dietetics, Sustainability and Business Administration.
Internationally we support programs in Sub Sahara Africa where community development is the focus to include health, entrepreneurship and educational projects.

Locally sourced ingredients like Georgia Blueberries, peaches and pecans are always our first choice.
Mini pies are inspired by this kid who wanted a birthday “pie.” Flaky crust, tasty fillings and you don’t have to share.
Wood fired pizza features our seasoned dough, New York Pizza sauce and a garlic parmesan butter glaze around the crust finishes our food truck special for any occasion you want fresh hot pies that comes to you and yours.
